Allow outgoing TCP connections to dropandrender.com and dropandrender-farm.com on ports 17392 and 17393 in your firewall or router.
On company or school networks, ask your network administrator to open these ports.
VPNs and strict antivirus software can also block these ports; try disabling them and test again.
